Andi was first exposed to yoga as a classical ballet dancer in her teens. The practice was used as an extension of her training. Long after her dancing years were over, she returned to yoga for more than just the physical practice.


Andi completed her 200-hr YTT at Blue Lotus Yoga Studio. She loves that yoga teaches us to live in the present. Yoga meets you where you are. On this day. In this moment. With this breath. Andi takes that mantra with her into all of her classes. Her goal is to make each class an opportunity for her students to find that connectedness and sense of peace that she has found through her own practice.

When Andi takes her yoga off the mat she spends her days raising three amazing children, which means her “down time” often involves checking homework, doing obscene amounts of laundry, and having impromptu dance parties in the kitchen. She loves sharing her asana with her kids as well; don’t be surprised if you catch a peek of one of them at the studio. Andi looks forward to teaching and learning from her students and can’t wait to see you in class!
