Blue Lotus Yoga Studio has welcomed me in all stages of my yoga journey, from a beginner just finding my footing, to a front desk associate, to a lifelong student. Today I am humbled to be presented with the opportunity to share what I have learned over the years.
Yoga began as a means of exercise, but I soon discovered the physical and emotional benefits of the practice. It took time to realize that a yoga practice is not defined by the way you can contort your body, but by the way it can shape your mind.
My intention for completing the 200-hour YTT through BLYS was to grow in my personal practice. What I learned about myself and those around me was invaluable. Yoga can be as simple as rolling out your mat, or it can have infinite depth. That is the beauty of yoga and why I want to reach as many students as possible.
My classes are designed to empower, inspire, and leave you walking off your mat more aligned with your true self. You can expect a vinyasa flow attainable for all levels which will incorporate breathwork, moving meditation, and most of all, the flexibility to honor your body, mind, and spirit.
