Bri has always loved exercise of all sorts. After her son was born, she took her first barre class and it was love! The cardio, weights, and shakes that come from a good barre class felt so good and she knew she’d be back for more. After a few years of taking class as a participant, Bri decided to get certified to teach.
Bri says that putting together the playlist and choreography for class is so much fun! To Bri, it’s all about the combination of large and small movements throughout class and the combination of cardio and strength that makes a great barre class. After being a self-proclaimed running junkie for years, barre was the piece of the fitness puzzle she was missing.
Bri has a background in commercial real estate development and retail site planning. She’s at home a lot more these days and outside of class, Bri loves spending time cooking, boating, and attending yoga or barre classes in her spare time. She lives in Annapolis with her husband, son (4), and daughter (1).
