Brooke has practiced yoga since 2007, but it wasn't until a stressful year at work in 2013 when she realized the practice was much more than simply an exercise. Yoga was a way of life. She set intentions in class, and continued to carry them with her throughout her day and ultimately, throughout her life.
To Brooke, yoga is a beautiful unification of the mind, body, and spirit, bringing peace within, no matter life's scenarios. Brooke aspires to create a community of yoga students and teachers alike, bringing peace and higher vibrations within, in the community, and in the world.
When teaching, Brooke brings energy and passion into the room, providing students the space for freedom to explore. She inspires others to lift up and lead with their hearts.
Outside of teaching yoga, Brooke loves traveling the world, teaching first grade, cooking, crafting, and partaking in anything outdoors, including boating, SUP, hiking, and camping to name a few!
