Brooke started practicing yoga in 2007, but it wasn't until a particularly stressful year at work six years later that prompted her to view yoga as much more than a form of exercise. During that time yoga became a way of life for Brooke. She set intentions in class and carried them with her off the mat.
Brooke sees yoga as a beautiful unification of the mind, body, and spirit; a practice capable of generating peace within. She brings energy and passion into her teaching, and provides students space for freedom and growth. Outside of teaching yoga, Brooke loves traveling, teaching first grade, cooking, crafting, and sending time outdoors.
