Constance grew up in Baltimore, Maryland in a home full of Greek tradition and music. Attracted to people and medicine, she combined them to become a RN. While recovering from an illness, she discovered she wasn't healing through traditional methods. A friend gave her a Reiki treatment and she felt better than she had in months. Wondering what other alternative or wholistic therapies were available, she began a lifelong quest to discover ways to help herself and her clients to heal.

Committed to helping her clients balance traditional and alternative therapies, she found her life-path with Reiki, Sound Healing and Whole Health Education.

Constance has been a RN for more than 30 years and a Reiki Master- Teacher and Sound Healer for more than 20 years.
