Joshua has worked in wellness full-time since graduating with degrees in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Towson University in 2009. He has worked with a wide variety of populations, from children to the elderly and completely de-conditioned individuals to elite athletes.


Joshua began teaching yoga since 2009. He is also a martial arts and boxing instructor, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, running coach, group exercise instructor, qigong instructor, and fitness leader. Joshua completed his first 200 Hour CYT certification in December 2016 through Charm City Yoga. He continued his yoga education by completing the YogaWorks 200 Hour Teacher Training in May 2018. His greatest reward is helping individuals grow and flourish, whether on their mats through yoga, or otherwise. Yoga, qigong, and meditation are major components of Joshua’s physical and mental well-being, and through his teaching, he hopes to show others how much benefit regular practice truly has to offer. He has experience teaching a variety of yoga styles, including beginner and advanced vinyasa, gentle, and restorative. His class is a mix of energetic flows, athletic movements, a heightened sense of body and breath awareness, and most importantly, having fun!
