Anna is a NASM-certified personal trainer and has five years of teaching experience in the fitness industry. She is a firm believer that group fitness is the best way to stay motivated and challenge yourself. With every class, Anna aims to deliver an effective, challenging and fun workout that will leave you feeling confident and successful.
Anna’s fitness journey began in childhood. She grew up dancing ballet, jazz & modern. After college, she began exercising to "lose a few added pounds” and developed a passion for group fitness. She began teaching in 2015, and she has refined her style through teaching several group fitness classes in Annapolis.
Anna is originally from North Carolina and has lived in Annapolis for five years. Before teaching, Anna was a practicing attorney! After her first daughter was born, she stepped away from her practice to focus on raising her family. Outside of the studio, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, good food and good wine, and spending time at the beach. Her guilty pleasure is QVC!
