BLYS Out: Yoga and Meditation

Melt away stress and practice mindfulness in the vibrant and warm city of Havana. Delight your senses and treat yourself to the bold flavors of Cuban cuisine. Find your breath during daily yoga and meditation—including morning energizing flows and afternoon restorative sessions. With two certified instructors along for the journey, whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, we’ll offer options for you.

Venture to Varadero and soak in the beauty of this narrow peninsula. Walk along the white sand beaches, and take a catamaran out to sea to explore the diverse marine life that inhabit the water. Go on an excursion to explore the cenote cave of Cueva de Saturno or the Varadero Ecological Preserve.

Learn about the aboriginal history of this area and study the remains of the human buried here over 2,500 years ago.
