Darcy is an avid runner who started taking barre classes at a studio in Baltimore. Soon after that first class, Darcy fell in love with the challenging and unique format. A competitive runner who often slipped into a running-only exercise regimen, Darcy discovered her barre workouts provided necessary strength and stability training, as well as injury prevention.
Darcy completed her barre teacher training at a studio in Baltimore in the summer of 2015 and began teaching shortly thereafter. She enjoys adding bigger body movements to her barre classes to help get clients' heart rates up and provide a total body workout. Darcy lives in Annapolis and enjoys running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
