Julie received her 200hr certification from Charm City Yoga in 2011. She originally came to yoga seeking a change in her regular fitness routine. What she found was not only a revitalized, compelling workout, but also a profound way of healthy well-being for mind, body and spirit.
Julie's approach to the practice is one of loving kindness to what one's body, mind, and spirit need and honoring these things when we come to the mat. Strength, Peace, and Love are all at the forefront of her teaching philosophy. She truly believes the work done on the mat extends into all areas of one’s life.
