As a parent of two emerging adults and a spouse of a disabled veteran, Lisa is keenly aware of the tremendous benefits yoga can offer in times of stress. Lisa completed her 200 hour YTT with Tina Lanzoni and has studied with Mindful Schools and YoKid. During her years as a school teacher, Lisa integrated yoga postures and mindful breath work in the classroom and witnessed first-hand the ways in which yoga benefits children.
Lisa is currently completing her certification as a Health and Wellness Coach with WellCoaches. Her practice, Grounded 2 Grow, promotes wellness for those seeking inspiration, motivation and accountability to live balanced lives full of purpose and joy.
