Yoga came into Nikki's life at the best time and she quickly knew that this would be a lifelong practice for her. She has been practicing yoga since 2014 and completed her 200-hr teaching training in 2016. Yoga and all things fitness have quickly become her passion. She loves teaching vinyasa flow to funky, upbeat music, and watching her students hold space on their mats always brings a smile to her face.
