COVID-19 RESPONSE

On Friday, Governor Hogan announced that individuals who have received the COVID-19 vaccine will no longer be required to wear a mask both outside or in. The announcement also included the lifting of capacity restrictions for yoga and fitness centers. This decision followed a policy update from the CDC. 

We recognize that after wearing masks and socially distancing for over a year, it may take some time to adjust to the new guidelines. Although we are thrilled to be moving forward, we are aware of our responsibility to be mindful in our approach. 

We ask that clients continue to wear a mask when they enter the studio and move about the common areas. However, mask-wearing during class is now optional. Students may remove their masks when standing on their mats. 

Additionally, while capacity restrictions for yoga and fitness studios have been lifted, BLYS will continue to space students more than 3 feet apart. Therefore, we will limit yoga classes to 12 students and fitness classes to 8 students. We will continue to require pre-registration at least one hour before classes start.

Finally, we will no longer be taking temperatures at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CLASSES:  All class cancellations must be made 12 or more hours prior to the start of class. Those who cancel less than 12 hours before class begins will not receive a refund.

 

In the event of a cancellation of an outdoor class due to inclement weather, BLYS will notify registrants via email and/or text no later than one hour prior to the start of class. In this instance, all registrants will receive a credit to their account.

FOR LIVESTREAM CLASSES:  All class cancellations must be made 60 or more minutes prior to the start of class. Those who cancel less than 60 minutes before class begins will not receive a refund.

GOLD AND PLATINUM MEMBERS who cancel after the aforementioned timeframe will be charged a $15 penalty for late cancels and no-shows.
