Kristen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Women's Fitness Specialist, NASM Youth Exercise Specialist, Level 2 Warriors at Ease Yoga Teacher, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
Meghan is certified through NASM, International Sports Science Association (ISSA), Power Pilates, Zumba, Cycle Reebok Foundation training, Cardio Kickboxing and TRX Suspension Training
Anna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with five years of group fitness teaching experience.

Get the benefits of individualized training plus the camaraderie of a team with BLYS Small Group Training sessions. Each 30-minute class is limited to six people, so everyone gets personalized attention. Our certified trainers employ a variety of fitness tools not commonly used in our regularly scheduled classes, such as BOSU, benches, bands, and varying levels of weights.
