YOGA II is perfect for seasoned beginners and intermediate practitioners who are ready to expand their practice. Expect introductions to inversions and arm balances, in addition to mindful breath work. LENGTH: 60 or 75 minutes; TEMPERATURE: 90-95

YOGA EXPRESS

When time is of the essence, the last thing you need to sacrifice is your workout. This express version of our BLYS YOGA II class is the perfect way to get in a well-rounded, energetic vinyasa flow. LENGTH: 45 minutes; TEMPERATURE: 90-95

SLOW FLOW

In a SLOW FLOW class, students have time to evaluate how and when a pose should be modified. Additionally, the format allows practitioners to mentally engage with the body as they move through the sequence. SLOW FLOW is a wonderful opportunity to discover your personal physical and mental limitations and learn how to move past those limitations. Remember -- slow doesn't mean easy! Expect a vinyasa practice that moves at a slower pace and with longer holds. LENGTH: 60 minutes; TEMPERATURE: 80-85

BLYS YIN

BLYS YIN invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing for the release of joints and fascia. Students will be on the floor most of the time, using props to create as little effort as possible while holding poses. LENGTH: 60 minutes; TEMPERATURE: 75-80

BLYS GENTLE

BLYS GENTLE YOGA is a soft, well-supported, and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. BLYS RESTORE

BLYS RESTORE is a therapeutic restorative yoga class that utilizes props to help students ease into postures and surrender to the pose. When the body is fully supported, students will experience a deeper the sense of relaxation --- a state in which there is no movement, no effort, and the brain is quiet. PRENATAL YOGA

BLYS SCULPT

A total body workout, BLYS SCULPT pushes your strength and flexibility to new heights. Set to energizing music, Sculpt classes simultaneously activate multiple muscle groups to maximize calorie burn and results. Lights hand weights and optional ankle weights are added to create resistance and intensify each exercise.
