New to yoga? This format is for you. BEGINNER YOGA introduces the basic principals of yoga, the fundamentals of alignment, and mindful breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures by way of step-by-step verbal descriptions and demonstrations while emphasizing safety and stability. LENGTH: 60 minutes; TEMPERATURE: 75


BREATHE & ALIGN is a slowly paced vinyasa practice that incorporates longer-than-average holds and mindful breath work. The format encourages practitioners to focus on proper alignment as they move through the sequence. Opportunities for intermediate and advanced postures will be presented for those who want a challenge. BREATHE & ALIGN is a wonderful opportunity to discover your physical and mental limitations and explore when to pull back or test those limitations. LENGTH: 60 minutes; TEMPERATURE: 85



BLYS GENTLE YOGA is a soft, well-supported, and relaxing practice. The approach includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. HOT STONE RESTORE is a therapeutic restorative yoga class that utilizes props to help students ease into postures and surrender to the pose. When the body is fully supported, students will experience a deeper the sense of relaxation --- a state in which there is no movement, no effort, and the brain is quiet. Students will also have the option of incorporating hot stones into their practice, which can be placed on various areas of the body to facilitate healing and calm. ​BLYS YIN invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing for the release of joints and fascia. Students will be on the floor most of the time, using props to create as little effort as possible while holding poses.
