Kate leads the BLYS 300HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, as well as CEU workshops for certified yoga teachers. In addition to completing over 800 hours of yoga trainings, Kate has a BS in Kinesiology and spent years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.

SAVITHA ENNER

Savitha grew up in India and studied yoga at the feet of her ancestors and teachers. She has integrated these teachings with over 700 hours of teacher trainings that she has taken in the US to help her students adopt the ancient teachings into modern day practices.

MONICA JORDAN

Monica is the creator of a 3-level, research-based course called “Neurobiology of Stress Management: Mindfulness and Meditation Tools for Wellbeing.” The course consists of powerful neuroscience-based techniques that Monica developed to master her mind and become her best self.

DR. KRISTEN COOPER
Anatomy Specialist
MS, PT, DPT, CSCS, LMT, RYT
Dr. Kristen Cooper leads the anatomical study portion of the BLYS 200HR and 300HR teacher trainings. A 200HR RYT, Dr. Cooper has been a practicing physical therapist for over 17 years and has an advanced understanding of biomechanical movement as it relates to yoga.

JULIE BLAMPHIN

Julie is a Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, a Laughter Yoga Leader, and the Founder of Celebrate the Pelvic Floor. Julie has taught yoga since she was 12 years old. Now she empowers women to enjoy leak-free laughter and pain-free sex by stabilizing the core and pelvic floor.

CONSTANCE KERRIGAN

RN, Master Reiki Instructor
Constance has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. Committed to helping her clients balance traditional and alternative therapies, she found her path with Reiki, sound healing, and whole health education. Constance will serve as a guest faculty member during two of the 300HR YTT weekend modules.

ANDREA FRANK

Andrea is a licensed therapist who has explored strength-based approaches to transform organizations. She employs kindness as a lens individuals and organizations can use for attaining optimal performance. Andrea will join us for our Creating an Inclusive Environment weekend module.
