Mommy & Me Yoga

Moms and their little ones are invited to attend this monthly class led by Leah Stauffer. Ease back into exercise postpartum, and enjoy bonding time with your little one as well as other moms.
Recommended for babes age newborn to two years old.

Open Practice

Beginning in 2026, Studio 2 will be available the last Sunday of every month from 7:45-8:45am. Members of the community are invited to lay down a mat and partake in a personal practice in noble silence. This is not a led class but an opportunity to move, breathe, and meditate in a sacred space. Julie will conclude Open Practice with a 5-minute savasana beginning at 8:40am.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

This restorative yoga with sound bath session begins with complete support from props, allowing the body to soften while you settle into stillness. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in the healing tones of crystal sound bowls and other therapeutic instruments, helping the mind quiet and the nervous system unwind.​

Baby Wearing Barre

Join Megan for this low-impact, strength-building barre class created for moms and their babies! While wearing your baby in a sling or carrier, you’ll move through safe, intentional barre exercises designed to rebuild strength, improve stability, and support postpartum recovery. Babies often enjoy the motion, and moms benefit from a challenging yet nurturing workout.
