Glow Yoga Party

6:00pm with Katalin

$50 | $40 for BLYS members

The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with glow paint, temporary tattoos, glow sticks, light bites, champagne, and time to mingle under the black lights. At 6:30 PM, we'll flow into a one-hour, all levels Glow Yoga class surrounded by vibrant colors, energizing music, and a fun, uplifting atmosphere. Wear white or bright colors to light up under the black lights.

Melt on your mat while the transformative vibration of gongs, Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, and other instruments lull you into a state of pure relaxation.

Attendees should bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a bottle of water.

This monthly session led by Erin Bleacher begins with complete support from props, allowing the body to soften while you settle into stillness. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in the healing tones of crystal sound bowls and other therapeutic instruments
