Yoga Instructor
Cara dabbled in yoga during college while recovering from repetitive stress injury. She began practicing in earnest years later to round out her fitness routine. Cara loved how yoga improved her physical performance, but it was the emotional benefits that kept her coming back to the mat.
After over a decade of committed practice, Cara completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at BLYS with Julie Nogueira, Kate Curry and Alicia Sweeney. Cara believes that yoga can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and building community. She can’t wait share this transformative way of moving with you!
