Olivia began practicing yoga while in graduate school as a way to manage stress, and what began as a personal practice quickly grew into a deep and lasting passion. As an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist, she has always been fascinated by the human body. Her background in anatomy and rehabilitation deeply informs her teaching, helping her guide students safely and mindfully through their practice.
In 2025, Olivia completed her 200-hour YTT at Blue Lotus Yoga Studio. She believes yoga is truly for everyone—no matter your age, background, or experience level. Her classes are designed to help students build strength in body, clarity in mind, and connection through breath. Whether you're looking to restore balance or challenge yourself physically, she aims to create a supportive space where all are welcome.
