Cass
Yoga Instructor
Cassandra “Cass” Logan discovered yoga in 2012 after a hip injury. Formerly an avid runner, she was sidelined with a strained groin, which was later diagnosed as osteoarthritis in her hip. Her orthopedic doctor and physical therapist both recommended yoga as part of her rehabilitation. As her condition progressed over the years, yoga has been integral in maintaining mobility and alleviating pain.
As she continued to practice, Cass’s love of yoga grew and she decided to go deeper in her practice and become a 200-hour RYT, certified in Jiivana Yoga® under the direction of Dana Smith, founder of Spiritual Essence Yoga and Wellness Center. Because yoga has been so beneficial in increasing her strength, flexibility, and confidence, Cass is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible and teaching how to make yoga accessible to all bodies. In addition to being a registered yoga instructor, Cass has also completed training in Thai Yoga Massage.
In addition to teaching yoga, Cass is a senior manager with the federal government and is active in her church and community.
