The Fine Print

All memberships will be activated on the purchase date. Class packs will be activated on the first date of use.

 

Gold and Silver Memberships auto-renew every 30 days. 30 days notice in writing is required for membership cancelations. Cancelation requests must be sent to info@bluelotusannapolis.com. Clients may request up to two membership freezes per year. Such requests must be made via email.

 

All sales are final and non-refundable.
