Alicia Sweeney

Co-Lead Trainer

Alicia has been teaching yoga in the Annapolis area for over 20 years. She is an E-RYT 500 with additional certifications in Thai Yoga Massage, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for cancer patients and care givers, yoga therapy, yoga for resiliency and yoga for trauma recovery as well as the Hot 26 & 2 (Bikram) series.


Alicia is truly inspried and humbled to be co-leading the BLYS 200-hour training program.
